A Sienese building 2002

The building of the Faculties of Law and Politics is in via Mattioli in Siena. A solid and reassuring building, respectable and decent. I have always looked for architectures that, started from the circumstances, have become necessary. Architectures suitable to places and inhabitants, resistant to time and fashion, reassuring against the fleeting passage of time, to protect us from the offence of seasons and mankind.
